    Booked a room with exceptionally good views of the ocean. Had such facilities, like a stable WiFi and a storage. The location was unbeatable and phenomenal, only a short distance to a majestic church. There was an amazing restaurant, main stores and stores next door.

    Airy room, which was also new-fashioned. We opted for the buffet breakfast and found it wonderful. The location of the hotel was particularly good - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Heraklio Port.

    Location was good for being close to the port, but the walk up a fairly steep hill with luggage has put me off from stying here again. Lack of communication about the breakfast that was included in the room rate, we were advised we could have our breakfast in our room but was then charged full rate for doing so

    The hotel is centrally located, and offers free wifi in the lobby.

    There is no way this is a five star or even four star hotel. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but reeked of smoke and the bed was quite uncomfortable. The hotel was generally worn, from the lobby, which at first glance looked stylish, but upon closer inspection was run down. The helpfulness of the staff varied widely, and I did not appreciate the snickers from the woman at the front desk when I, rather than my husband, handed her a credit card to pay.

    The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had, and having access to the beautiful pool during the hot summer was a huge plus. I really enjoyed relaxing in the garden area and the sun terrace-a perfect way to unwind. Just a heads-up, the view from my balcony wasn't quite what the photos suggested, but that didn't take away from a great stay ☀️

    Couple's great getaway

    The really good breakfast was a highlight like nothing I've experienced before. Champagne, fresh honey from the comb, and all the Cretan sweets! On top of that, the room was so spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, plus, the balcony view was amazing overlooking the port

    Breakfast featured local delicacies and a bubbly Italian brut champagne-I mean, who doesn't love brunch with bubbles? The rooftop pool? Perfect for soaking in that sun with a view of the bustling port. And can we talk about the super comfy pillow menu? Sleeping like a queen is non-negotiable!

    comfortable stay with a great view

    The executive room offered a fine harbor view that enhanced our stay. The cleaning staff maintained excellent standards, our room was always fresh and tidy.

    The only downside was the slightly busy location.

    Had a blast here with my friends! We enjoyed various water sports and even played some tennis at the nearby courts. The location is super convenient. The pools are a nice touch after a long day out. Totally recommend trying the breakfast options, but just be ready for a little wait for your coffee.

    Great family getaway

    Staying in Heraklion was awesome! The rooms are super spacious and clean, perfect for our family. Breakfast was a highlight, with amazing service from Maria and Stella-they were so sweet! The location is perfect for exploring the city, but the lobby can get a bit noisy at night with all the chatter.
